Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa) is often referred to as 'Black Cumin Seed Oil'. It can also be called Black Caraway, Nigella, Fennel Flower. They are the same thing.

Nigella sativa (N. sativa) is a small flowering plant called 'Fennel Flower' or 'Love-In-A-Mist' that grows in Southwest Asia, the Middle East, Southern Europe, and Northern Africa. It produces a small black seed from with the oil is derived from. 

It presents as a liquid with an orange hue. In it's composition, the black seed oil mainly contains fatty acids that give it hydrating and nourishing benefits for the skin. It also contains thymoquinone, a molecule appreciated by people suffering from a skin disease such as psoriasis, eczema, acne or rosacea, due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Skin Soothing Oil: Gently massage a few drops of Black Seed Carrier Oil on any irritated area of the body.

Warm and Soothing Massage: Activate a few drops of Black Seed Oil in the palm of your hands before applying to the desired area. Use slow, circular motions to massage the oil into the skin. Recommended for massaging areas with tension and pain.
