Refunds
We do our best to ensure our products are carefully wrapped and packaged to arrive safely to you. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at info@soulfulsister.com and we will make it right.

We ship all orders from Soulful Sister Aromatherapy, 117 – 735 Goldstream Ave, Victoria BC, V9B 2X4, Canada via Canada Post. If the order is heading to the USA, then Canada Post trasfers it to USPS.

All orders over $75 (before tax) automatically ship free of charge.

We don't ship to destinations outside Canada or the USA.

Return Shipping
If it's necessary to return your product, mail to:
Soulful Sister Aromatherapy, 117 – 735 Goldstream Ave Victoria, Victoria BC V9B 2X4, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
