Chamomile is one of the most gentle flowers that delivers profound results in a cuppa tea. The main reasons we turn to Chamomile is to promote better sleep, ease anxiety, and soothe digestive discomfort.

Our loose Chamomile herb is lovingly grown and harvested in Sooke, BC, Canada at peak bloom, gently dried to preserve its natural aroma and colour, and cut to the ideal size for brewing.

Chamomile is packed with naturally occurring Essential Oils, making it a tea that we would cover when stepping for best results (same for any aromatic herb).

How to Brew

• Amount: 1-2 tsp per 8 oz cup
• Water: 200-212°F (93-100°C)
• Steep: 10-15 minutes, covering cup optional
• Serve: Hot or iced
