Oh i'm so happy to have been given a sample of this sleep oil. I can usually fall asleep fine, but I was waking up at 2 or 3 in the morning then finding it very hard to fall back to sleep. The first time I used it I had a better sleep. I sometimes put the Deep Sleep in my diffuser and use the Roll On on my wrists. I'm not sure how it's working, but so very happy to be sleeping more soundly again.
I absolutely LOVE Deep Sleep oil, I put it in my diffuser a hour before bed and by the time I go to bed, it completely relaxes me. Can’t live without it!
