DIRECTIONS: Simply roll this oil over the back of your neck and shoulders. You may choose to rub it in, just a little though.  Wait for 1-5 min for the effects to start. You will feel a warm, cool or tingly sensation start.  This pleasant feeling lasts for about an hour and dissolves the stress and tension you hold in your neck and shoulders and relieves headaches.

If you specifically suffer from headaches, be sure to roll into the base of your hairline, the sensation will more easily travel up the back of your neck and into your head.

You can use it on your temples as well. Just use it sparingly there, as the blend is quite strong and can be sensitive to use around eyes.
