Use to aid sleep or during the day to help feel focused and calm. It's high on the odorific scale, so Vetiver is used more sparingly when blended with other essential oils. Blends beautifully with Bergamot, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemongrass, Orange, Sandalwood & Ylang Ylang. We use Vetiver in our Deep Sleep Roll On to help relax the nervous system and stop the mind from racing. We also use it in our Keep Calm Roll On to provide a deep calm when feeling overwhelmed or anxious.

I really like the Vetiver I picked up at your store. I use the vetiver to make a blend for my son who has ADHD and other learning challenges. I started seeing a big difference when the vetiver was introduced, although I had to start adding it slowly because he didn't love the smell at first.
