DIRECTIONS: Add a few drops to your diffuser, or in a personal inhaler. This blend can also be added to a carrier oil and applied topically. Use 5-10% Essential Oil in a blend with Carrier Oil depending on the application.

Love it for cold/flu season

This just adds a little extra push for people like me that have trouble sleeping. Roll on the bottoms of your feet and put your socks on and go to sleep.
