Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens) means 'Holy Wood' in Spanish.
The Palo Santo tree grows from South America up to Mexico. The tree has become endangered due to it's popularity for a smudging wood and it's Essential Oil. Rest assured that our Palo Santo Oil is sustainably harvested and distilled.
The warm woody and slightly citrusy aroma of Palo Santo has many similarities to Frankincense.
The main use of this precious oil is it's meditative properties. It helps quiet the brain and allows us to sink into ourselves for quiet reflection.

Although Palo Santo has strong anti-inflammatory benefits, it should not be used at more than 2% of a topical preparation.
To Use: You can add Palo Santo to your diffuser like any essential oil. To get more use from your oil, consider making it into a body oil. Combine 5 drops Palo Santo with 50ml of carrier oil. You can add up to 15 drops of other essential oils as well.
This is an Endangered Tree. Even though our Essential Oil comes from sustainably grown and harvested trees it should be used with care knowing that these are precious aromatics.
