OM is intended as a disinfectant to keep your mat smelling clean and fresh. Use this spray on anything that tends to carry odor. Spray your closets, shoes, cleats, hockey bags etc. Contains a blend of Tea Tree, Lavender and Bergamot pure essential oils.
To Use: Evenly spray your yoga mat before and after use. All ow to dry before rolling mat for storage.

I found this OM yoga mat spray while on a yoga retreat. While it is great for cutting through bacteria and sweat, I actually also use it every night on my pillow for its aromatherapy effects! It is my favourite aromatherapy smell, even 6 years later. I’ve tried to find comparable products in stores and nothing compares!

I’ve been using this product and another one called ‘Deep Sleep’ for years now. I have chronic problems with a knee and both hips. I have an arsenal of pain relievers but this one tops my list. I save it for the worst pain and use the others on lighter days. It’s great stuff and I’ve recommended it to many friends.
