OM is intended as a disinfectant to keep your mat smelling clean and fresh. Use this spray on anything that tends to carry odor. Spray your closets, shoes, cleats, hockey bags etc. Contains a blend of Tea Tree, Lavender and Bergamot pure essential oils.
To Use: Evenly spray your yoga mat before and after use. All ow to dry before rolling mat for storage.

I found this OM yoga mat spray while on a yoga retreat. While it is great for cutting through bacteria and sweat, I actually also use it every night on my pillow for its aromatherapy effects!
