Great for anyone with digestive issues causing discomfort, stomach upset from stress, or nausea. The combination of essential oils is renowned for their digestive, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties.
How to use: Roll this oil clockwise around the belly button and on the wrists. The essential oils penetrate the skin and enter the stomach, where they settle and soothe. If you are going to bed with an upset stomach, you can also apply to the bottoms of your feet (this is a great place to use essential oils on kids, too). Can be used on kids above 5. Remember, the younger they are, the less they need. Just a little roll for little kids and massage in well.
